Jye Yng has over 20 years experience in management and consulting in the oil & gas, petrochemical and chemical sectors. She takes an active leadership role in driving decarbonisation services in Southeast Asia, supporting clients in developing carbon neutrality and net zero pathways through technology, carbon mitigation options, energy efficiency and digital applications. She specialises in the area of process safety and technical risk management taking on the role of Technical Authority for projects in petrochemicals, refineries, offshore oil & gas facilities, FPSOs, LNG facilities and terminals throughout the various stages of project lifecycle for major oil & gas corporations. With her process and engineering background, she directs sustainability and climate change related projects for processing facilities involving Scope 1, 2 and Scope 3 GHG assessment for informed net zero target, carbon abatement initiatives, energy efficiency and CCS risk assessments. She also works directly with Clients in addressing various challenging issues including risk mitigation and solutions, developing analysis tools to prioritise efforts and cost benefit analyses in determining selection of mitigation options
