Dr. Fadzil is currently the Acting Chief Strategy & Ventures Officer (CSVO) of TNB. He is responsible for TNB’s overall corporate strategy towards addressing business challenges, sustainability development, energy transition and growth opportunities. He is involved in coming out with TNB’s long term mission and sustainability roadmap, namely TNB Sustainability Pathway 2050, TNB Energy Transition Plan and recently Reimagining TNB (RT) 2.0. Dr. Fadzil has been in service with TNB for more than 25 years, undertaking various key leadership and technical roles. Among the prior notable ones are Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director of TNB Research (TNBR). Dr. Fadzil has been appointed as Adjunct Professor at Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN), contributing his expertise in Electrical and Power Systems. He graduated with a First-Class degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton, UK. He then obtained his PhD from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and MBA from UNITEN-Melbourne Business School.
