Noorlida Jelani is the Chief Financial Officer of UEM Lestra Berhad, UEM Group Berhad's green investment platform under Khazanah Nasional Berhad. She plays a key role in driving UEM Lestra's investment strategy and growth, supporting the development of sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy assets across the group's portfolio. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Cenergi SEA Berhad, a subsidiary of UEM Lestra.
With more than 25 years of experience, across corporate finance, strategic planning, and financial reporting, Noorlida has held key roles in both listed corporations and professional advisory firms. Her career in listed entities includes Tenaga Nasional Berhad and Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB). Her advisory career includes tenure in Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised clients across the utilities, infrastructure, aviation, logistics, property and healthcare sectors. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with boards and senior stakeholders on capital management, corporate transactions, governance, and regulatory compliance.
Noorlida holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons.) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
