Jennifer is a Partner at Baringa, leading the firm’s Energy and Infrastructure advisory capability across Asia. Based in Singapore, she advises public and private sector clients on infrastructure investment, energy transition, and strategic advisory matters across the region.
With more than 20 years of experience, Jennifer has advised on large-scale infrastructure and energy transactions throughout Asia. Before joining Baringa, she was the Asia-Pacific Infrastructure Leader at PwC and a Partner in the Deals Advisory practice, where she led the Asia Pacific Infrastructure Advisory team. She also spent a significant part of her career within Temasek portfolio companies across the power, transport and digital infrastructure sectors.
Jennifer’s expertise spans capital markets, strategic and financial advisory, M&A and project development. She also serves on several regional boards and committees, contributing governance and sector insight across infrastructure, sustainability and public policy.
