Zhen-Hui is a Director at Baringa, leading the firm’s power market analysis in the APAC region as part of the Energy and Infrastructure advisory practice. Based in Singapore, he advises clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions of energy assets, which includes, solar, wind, thermal generation, hydro, energy storage and interconnectors.
In the domain of power grid and utilities infrastructure, Zhen-Hui advises clients on grid readiness and capacity availability. He is familiar with the regulatory regimes for investments into power grids, and also works with developer clients on assessing curtailment risks. He is also involved in various projects related to the ASEAN Power Grid.
His work gives him a ring-side view of the latest energy developments, as well as the ebbs and flows of investments in the ASEAN region.
