
Jane Yeoh is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with expertise spanning sustainability, facilities development, large-scale capital projects, operations, and site services.
As the Director of Building & Infrastructure at AT&S, Jane drives the delivery of greenfield sites and expansion projects from concept through commissioning. She oversees building and infrastructure strategy, design management, permitting, contractor engagement, construction, cost and schedule control, quality assurance, and the integration of sustainability requirements to create efficient, resilient, and environmentally responsible facilities.
Prior to joining AT&S, Jane served as the Director of Asia Sustainability at Lam Research, where she led the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, she was responsible for developing and implementing regional sustainability strategies aligned with Lam’s global targets, including achieving 100% renewable electricity by 2030 and net-zero emissions by 2050. She also drove the integration of sustainability requirements into facility design and operations, developed regional renewable energy strategies, and championed employee engagement through sustainability-focused resource groups. Jane additionally served as a leader of the SEMI Energy Collaborative Scope 2 Renewable Electricity Workgroup, representing the Asia-Pacific region and fostering industry collaboration to accelerate renewable electricity adoption and Scope 2 decarbonization.
From 2021 to 2024, Jane was the Director of Facilities at Lam Manufacturing Malaysia (LMM), where she played a pivotal role in the construction, start-up, and operational readiness of Lam’s largest and most advanced manufacturing facility. She also spearheaded the deployment of on-site solar photovoltaic systems, which currently supply approximately 20% of the facility’s electricity demand.
Before joining Lam Research, Jane served as the Director of Facility & Site Services at ams OSRAM Malaysia (formerly OSRAM). She led multiple greenfield and brownfield semiconductor manufacturing projects, overseeing site selection, facility planning, design, tendering, construction management, and operational integration. Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise in environmental, health and safety (EHS), facility reliability, energy management, cost optimization, space utilization, and sustainable workplace design.
