Frederic Thielland has dedicated his career to the process industries, building expertise across technical, sales, and marketing roles. Over the years, Frederic has driven business development for Siemens in multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, South America, and the Middle East. He first joined Siemens in Singapore in 2003, taking on responsibilities across Asia and spending nearly a decade in the region. After returning to Europe, Frederic focused on the Oil & Gas sector, global account management, and more recently, the emerging hydrogen market.
Recognizing hydrogen’s growing importance in industrial decarbonization, Frederic assumed a new role in November 2023 to promote Siemens solutions within this strategic ecosystem. While his perspective remains global, his current focus is on advancing hydrogen initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region, following his recent relocation back to Asia.
