

Henry Eu is the Head of Policy & Development at the Asia Clean Energy Coalition (ACEC) for Singapore and Malaysia, where he leads corporate–government engagement on domestic renewable-energy procurement and regional market alignment. His key portfolios include driving cross-border electricity trading (CBET) eIorts under the ASEAN Power Grid vision, which saw the milestone Cross-Border Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) Framework announced at SIEW in October 2025, as well as supporting industry–government collaboration on Malaysia’s CRESS programme to strengthen corporate access to renewable energy.
With over a decade of experience across finance, solar project development, and regional energy policy, Henry has led projects spanning utility-scale solar, corporate clean-energy procurement, and harmonised international standards such as RE100 and the GHG Protocol. At Trina Solar, he helped advance the investment of a local TKDN manufacturing facility that enabled developers to secure Conditional Licenses for the Green Corridor project. Earlier at REC Solar, he introduced HJT technology into Singapore’s residential and commercial markets, including bespoke projects for floating PV, carpark shelter, and powering a COVID-19 recovery facility during the pandemic. Henry graduated from the pioneer cohort of the MSc in Sustainability Management programme at the Nanyang Business School of NTU.
